As winter draws in and many of us are now at home for mealtimes, sitting down as a family, is more important than ever.
If you are eating more at home than before, you may be looking for a new dinner set if yours is anything like ours. We have had ours for over 5 years now and some of the items are looking a little bit worse for wear. However, there is no need to be stressed should you be looking for a new dinner set. Not only are there now a whole host of designs on the market, but they are also all reasonably priced too.
Here are some of my favourite dinner sets on the market currently, that won’t break the bank!
Country Heart 12 Piece Dinner Set – Dunelm – £25
This is by far my favourite set, I have similar tea and coffee pots that have a similar design. To me, it is a simple design but with a touch of elegance in the heart design. My favourite thing about this though is the price, £25 for a family dinner set that is also dishwasher safe.
Kya Reactive – Next – £48
This set is a little more expensive than the first one, however, the design just draws you in. It almost reminds me of the sea with the colour combination, a bit like waves crashing in on the shore. The set is also dishwasher and microwave safe, so no concerns there.
White Penguin Family Dinner Set -12 Piece – Asda – £15
If you are looking for something a bit more wintery, this set from Asda is the one! I love penguins and the simple but cute design brings the right amount of Christmas to your dinner table. Asda also does a wide range of affordable dinner sets and other items for your home. We have always found their products to be good quality too.
Waterside 42 pieces Coupe White Dinner Set – Wilko – £50
This set is our most expensive set from the selection, however, it comes with so many pieces compared to the other. If you are starting again in your home or maybe you have a family member or friend moving into their first home, this set will be the perfect moving in gift. With so many items, it is a great offer.
It has been while since we moved into our home and when we did, the options avalabile were pretty limited. I love the fact now not only can you get different size dinner sets but also colours and designs.
