My kitchen is my favourite room in our house, not because of how it looks but how it makes me feel nice and relaxed when I am in there happily baking.
It is not the biggest space in our home though and over the coming years, it will need to be re-done as we have not touched it really in the 12 years that we have lived here. With a shortage of space though, I have had to be picky on the kitchen gadgets we have had over the years. We just do not have the workspace to store many gadgets and cupboard space is of a premium.
With that in mind, I wanted to round up my favourite kitchen gadgets, some we have and some I would love to get once we get a little more space:
KitchenAid
I have had my KitchenAid since 2016 and still use it regularly now. It is my favourite gadget of all time and I hope over the coming years I am able to add to the accessories so I can make our own pasta for example.
It is not a cheap item though, even the accessories are quite expensive, however, it is worth its money as it is easy to use but saves so much time in the kitchen!
If you have a KitchenAid or are looking to get one, don’t forget you can get accessories for pretty much anything. It is worth looking out for offers on these though where you can.
Morphy Richards Saute and Soup Maker
If you are looking for a quick and easy way to make soup in the winter, this soup maker is perfect for it. It allows you to saute before you make the soup, reducing the need for multiple pots and pans.
I use this throughout the winter and can get 4 good size portions of soup from this without any trouble. Simply saute the onions etc before throwing the rest of the ingredients in and leaving it to do the job for you, 20 minutes later you have perfectly smooth, piping hot soup!
NETTA Waffle Maker
This is on my wish list, a waffle maker! We have taken to buying waffles in either from the supermarket or a local ice cream shop. There is just something about a real treat of waffles topped with sweet goodies.
These would also be good though as a healthy version for pudding topped with fruit. I’ve picked this waffle maker our for our wish list as it is highly rated by many.
Morphy Richards Slow Cooker
Slow cookers are becoming more and more popular in the UK as many of us look for ways to save a little time and stress when it comes to mealtimes. I love my slow cooker however it is one of the old versions with the heavy pot. I would love to change it to one of these Morphy Richards Slow Cooker Sear and Stew slow cookers.
The fact you can use the pot to brown off on the hob before putting the whole thing back in the slow cooker is amazing, it would save a lot of extra washing up and keep it to a one-pot meal.
If you are looking for a slow cooker I would give this style a check out now over the traditional slow cookers.
This is just a selection of the amazing kitchen gadgets out there on the market, we have all but 1 of them and each one gets well used throughout the year. If you enjoyed this post, why not check out my last post fabulous finds for the home office.
